IMPACT IMAGING warrants each remanufactured toner cartridge to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for the life of the toner cartridge.
IMPACT IMAGING'S cartridges have been remanufactured to the most exacting quality control standards possible, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that of the original equipment manufacturer.
IMPACT IMAGING will at its option, replace the cartridge or refund the full purchase price of any remanufactured toner cartridge found to be defective within 90 days of the purchase (less any shipping charges). Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. Please call us at our toll free number to obtain a return authorization.
